Our Group Training Sessions offer structured, high-quality coaching in a fun, social environment. Stay motivated, push your limits, and improve your triathlon performance alongside like-minded athletes.
Group sessions run throughout the year, with new training blocks kicking off every 8 weeks. You can join at any time during the cycle.
Sessions are held in Dubai, Khorfakkan, and other key training locations. Some sessions also take place online for remote athletes.
Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced triathletes preparing for their next big race.
Open water and pool-based training focusing on technique, endurance, and race-day preparation.
Group rides with road support, covering pack-riding skills, time trial positions, and climbing techniques.
Interval, track, and challenging endurance runs to improve efficiency, speed, and stamina.
Core workouts, injury prevention exercises, and strength training to support triathlon performance.
Transition practice, pacing strategies, and mental preparation for triathlons and Ironman events.
Coach will work with you to select the ideal format. Your training is fully personalized to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
If you can’t commit to the full training block, drop-in options are available.
Personalized training plans can be integrated into group sessions for those looking for extra guidance.
