I’ve never done a triathlon before, can I start here?

Yes, we at debruintrain take care of all levels and make sure they enjoy the journey along the way.

I’m a beginner, which package is best ?

Because beginner triathletes have so much to learn, the pro package will ensure you have much needed guidance to support your goals. Alternatively the premium package will be sufficient. Standard package is not available for beginners due to the amount of guidance needed to educate the athlete.

How long should I need to prepare for a T100/ 70.3 or Ironman?

This will depend on your sport history, background and current fitness level. Minimum commitment is 3-6 months at debruintrain.

I have a race in 3 months, can you help?

Yes, rushed fitness journeys are not advised, but tailor scientific coaching can greatly assist your short term goal in preventing injuries and surviving the race. Only premium/pro packages will be offered for these cases.

I can't swim, can you help me?

Yes, we have dedicated system in place to help you in swimming. Additional classes can be purchased for one-on-one.

I don't have a bike, where do you start?

We will assist you in selecting the correct bike according to your fit. We will assist in bike set up and making
